Service Sales Manager - Eastern Region

Your role
The Service Sales Manager is responsible for leading, driving, and developing a high performing service sales team across the Eastern Territory of the United States. This role ensures that regional service sales targets are consistently achieved through strong leadership, strategic pipeline management, customer engagement, and active in-field coaching. The successful candidate will bring proven experience managing people, developing sales talent, working with CRM platforms, and leveraging Microsoft tools to analyze performance and support decision making. They will report to Business Line Manager of Vacuum Technique Services, North America.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Service Sales Engineers across multiple territories.
- Manage the full sales pipeline lifecycle: activities, forecasting, leads, opportunities, closing.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long term retention.
- Identify growth opportunities, including Service Plans, dormant/lost accounts and upselling our service solutions.
- Utilize CRM platforms (SAP C4C) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Work closely with Service Operations, Marketing, and cross functional teams to support the company strategies.
- Own and drive achievement of the service sales targets.
- Support individual and team development through regular coaching, performance feedback, and field travel.

You have experience leading and managing a sales team (preferably in technical or industrial markets) and a strong background in service sales or capital equipment sales. You will have a confident communication, coaching and leadsership skills as well. You will also have:
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the Eastern part of the United States (approx. 40–60%).
- Experience in vacuum systems, industrial equipment, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of value based selling and/or service contract sales.

Job location
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the Eastern Region of the United States. We value results over location and provide the tools and support you need to succeed from any location.
