Sales Manager

Your role
Atlas Copco Ireland is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support our Compressor Service Organisation (CSO) sales team across the Republic of Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to combine people leadership with commercial responsibility in an environment that values collaboration, development, and long-term customer relationships.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing others, building strong partnerships with customers, and creating the conditions for sustainable sales growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing and engaged sales team
- Support growth in service contracts, aftermarket revenue, and customer retention
- Strengthen customer engagement through increased field activity and effective account management
- Participate in strategic customer visits and support long-term relationship building
- Oversee contract renewals, win-back initiatives, and expansion into new and competitor sites
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and actively support Atlas Copco’s Green Journey
- Collaborate closely with service operations teams and other business lines to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Have experience leading or managing technical or service-based sales teams
