Your Task:

 

As sales engineer you are the first contact person for our customers. You are not only responsible for active consulting and sales talks with our existing customers, but also for the acquisition of new customers. To this end, you will deal with the strategic development of customer relationships, including conducting annual and status meetings with our dealers.  In your position, you are responsible for consulting at the point of sale, as well as planning and implementing customer-specific in-house exhibitions. Their tasks also include intensive market observation as well as territory and customer sales planning.  As part of the Schneider Druckluft GmbH team, you will participate in regular meetings of the area sales managers and in meetings of sales projects.

 

What we expect from you:

 

Training:

  • completed technical or commercial training

 

Expertise:

  • Several years of experience in field sales as well as experience in the sale of capital goods requiring explanation
  • Proven success in the acquisition of new customer
  • Good PC skilss for intensive use of MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Analytical understanding and ability to creat effectiv concepts

 

Personal requirements:

  • Strong customer awareness and good negotiation skills
  • Open and convincing in appearance
  • Independent and succes-oriented work
  • High level of inititative and commitment
