Service Sales Representative

As a Service Sales Representative, your core mission is to maximize the sales and profitability of Atlas Copco's service business in Latvia by proactively promoting our diverse range of service products, including service contracts and fixed price services, to both existing and potential customers. You will play a critical role in expanding our service portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Reporting directly to the Regional Business Line Manager, you will be a vital link between our equipment sales teams and service operations, fostering close collaboration to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales of service products such as service contracts and fixed price service agreements tailored to customer needs.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities in the Latvian market.
  • Meeting and exceeding established sales and operational targets by implementing well-crafted sales and action plans.
  • Providing timely and accurate monthly sales reports, including value achieved and progress on action plans, to the Regional Business Line Manager.
  • Creating opportunities and quotations, managing pricing strategies, and diligently following up using our CRM systems to ensure no potential business is missed.
  • Collaborating closely with equipment division colleagues and other internal stakeholders to align efforts and optimize customer service delivery.
  • Engaging in continuous self-education to stay updated on Atlas Copco service offerings as well as competitor products and market trends.
  • Providing backup support to service operations during peak times, vacation periods, or other absences to ensure business continuity.
  • Executing various administrative tasks related to sales activities with accuracy and diligence.

To thrive in this role, you will bring a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with experience in technical sales environments. Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • A technical or commercial educational background providing you with solid industry knowledge.
  • Strong self-motivation with a proactive and result-driven mindset to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
  • A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that add substantial value.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to foster a customer-centric culture across departments.
  • Ability to manage pressure effectively and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Latvian and English, with excellent written and oral proficiency to engage with internal teams and international partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Latvia and occasionally to neighboring countries such as Finland and other parts of Europe.
  • A valid Category B driver’s license is essential for travel requirements linked to this role.
