Service Planner - Latvia
We are looking for a customer-centric Service Planner to join our team in Latvia
The Service Planner is responsible for proactively planning and organizing service interventions for the Service Technicians, while actively supporting both Equipment and Service Sales. This role is all about balancing customer expectations while making sure the team stays productive and operations run smoothly.
A key part of the job is ensuring that technicians have the correct parts, tools, and resources needed for each task.
Success in this role means keeping a strong, steady workflow, producing accurate and high-quality work every time, prioritizing requests based on the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, and consistently ensuring high customer satisfaction.
An interest in the technical side of our machines is key, as is following established systems and applying trained best practices.
Clear and professional communication with customers is essential, and the goal is always to exceed their expectations. The Service Planner is expected to make effective decisions while following a clear and structured framework.
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a planning, scheduling, and/or coordinating role.
· Experience with aftermarket products is considered an asset
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
· Completion of post-secondary education and/or a technical trade degree.
· Solid understanding of service planning methods and material control processes.
· Familiarity with SAP and MAM² is considered an asset.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong telephone and customer service skills.
· Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable handling a high volume of customer contact and account management via email and telephone.
· Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Fluency in Latvian and good proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Articulate, self-motivated, and an energetic team player.
· Able to work autonomously, including conducting investigations, research, analysis, and administrative problem-solving.
· Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards is a significant asset.
