SERVICE TECHNICIAN

To best serve our customers, we are increasing our presence within our field service area. This supports our mission in providing safe and high-quality service that is performed with great efficiency to our customers. As a Service Technician, you are an important part of this mission. You will be close to your customers and service our products to provide great customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working independently across different customer sites. Do you like travelling within your region? Do you get energy from learning new things?

Our customers use a broad selection of compressed air solutions, combining mechanical, electronic, and “Internet of Things” technologies, as well as advanced control systems. This variety gives you plenty of opportunities to grow your technical skills and specialize in areas that match your interests and experience.

To succeed, you will need

Technical experience maintaining and repairing various types of mechanical and electrical equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical skills with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.

Education:

Vocational school certificate or equivalent required with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics preferred. Refrigeration equipment repair & HVAC experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Able to work independently with strong self‑management and professionalism.
• Capable of completing tasks within assigned deadlines.
• Proficient with computers for communication, research, work orders, and programming various controllers.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Must be fluent in Latvian and have a good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license (minimum Category B).

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Riga, Latvia (LV). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
