Service Dispatcher-Riviera Beach- Quincy Compressor

Your role

As a Service Coordinator-Dispatcher, your mission is to assist and effectively communicate to our company's Service Technicians and assign orders and service calls to ensure that our customers receive prompt customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager.

• Effectively manage time and workflow for multiple work orders and service calls for the Service Technicians.
• Schedule planned maintenance.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Follow up with clients for service opportunities after trouble calls have been performed.

You have 1-3 years of experience, working as a Dispatcher

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced enviorment
• Strong computer knowledge such as Word and Excel
• Must be dependable
