Service Technician- Riviera Beach- Quincy Compressor

Your role

As a Service Technician, your mission is to best serve our customers, we are increasing our presence within our field service area. This supports our mision in providing safe and high-quality service that is performed with great efficiency to our customers. As a Service Technician, you are an important part of this mission. You will be close to your customers and service our products to provide a great customer experience. You will report to the Service Manager.

You will

• You will troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (refrigerated and regenerative), auto drains, flw controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers.
• You will pressure wash (when possible) and effectively clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete tank, ect.
• You will completely fill out all work orders, start up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slip
• You will communucate with the customers and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs.

You have 3-5 years of experience, working as a mechanic

• You will have a valid drivers license
• You will troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers(refernative and refrigerated) , auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps and blowers.
• You will communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs.
• You will pressure wash (when possible) and effectively clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, ect.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (Quincy Compressor) in Riviera Beach, Florida.
