We are looking for a Service Specialist Engineer to join our Aftermarket Team in Robassomero. This is a unique opportunity to work in a global, innovative environment with a strong customer focus.
Your Role
As part of the Aftermarket team, you will be the key technical reference point for customers worldwide. Your mission will be structured around four core pillars:
1. Technical Support
- Provide remote technical assistance to field service engineers globally
- Support troubleshooting on industrial compressors and their applications
- Ensure timely and high-quality problem resolution
2. Projects & Product Development
- Contribute to cross-functional teams for new product development
- Define maintenance strategies, intervals, and service instructions in collaboration with the Design Team
- Identify and define tools required for maintenance
- Maintain and improve service platforms
- Review and optimize spare parts proposals
3. Quality Improvement
- Manage and monitor warranty costs, driving continuous product improvement
- Analyze and approve/reject warranty claims
- Define and implement field corrective actions
- Support Sales with technical insights for customer claims resolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce and control warranty costs
4. Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Deliver technical training to field engineers worldwide
- Organize and lead:
- Annual global training week (live streamed)
- Periodic training sessions on new product launches
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Compensation & Benefit
- Permanent contract
- White-collar employee, Level B1, National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry
- The offered salary starts from €33,000 gross per year, with a higher starting point available for candidates bringing relevant experience and expertise
