Power Technique North America LLC (a company within the Atlas Copco Group) is seeking undergraduate or graduate students to join our team during summer 2026 as a full-time, PAID intern.

 

Finance Internship:

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Internal controls and audit readiness initiative
  • Through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization, the intern will streamline documentation, identify potential gaps, and reinforce internal controls
  • This internship will allow you to gain an understanding of various end-to-end processes in Finance and Business Control, identifying potential gaps, propose, and implement corrective actions. 
  • Collect documentation related to the upcoming internal audit
  • Test key controls to ensure compliance with audit guidelines
  • Propose and implement corrective actions

Desired Skills

  • Technical/Tools: Excel, PowerBI
  • Domain Knowledge: Finance controls, internal and external audit
  • Core skills: Data analysis, writing, stakeholder communication, and problem solving

 

Marketing/Sales Internship:

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Developing AI solutions for lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
  • Automating the integration of Cloud for Customer (CRM) data with PowerBI to manage new KPIs for Regional Sales Managers and Business Development managers with a new individual dashboard.
  • Creating automated process to monitor the sales pipeline and forecast.

Desired Skills:

  • Technical Tools: Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Python
  • Domain Knowledge: CRM knowledge, automation platforms, sales process understanding
  • Core Skills: Sales forecasting, data modeling, workflow automation

 

HR Internship:

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support development of a departmental onboarding program through the creation of materials and partnering with managers to identify onboarding needs/gather feedback
  • Assist with internal audit preparation by collecting, organizing, and creating necessary documentation.
  • Assist with data quality checks in our systems
  • Help plan employee events, recognition moments, and engagement initiatives

Desired Skills:

  • Technical Tools: HRIS systems, Microsoft Suite
  • Domain Knowledge: Onboarding processes, familiarity with federal and state laws 
  • Core Skills: Strong attention to details, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

To qualify for an internship, you should be:

  • A rising junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college or university
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business administration, human resources, finance, marketing or a related field
  • Have an accumulative GPA of at least 3.0
  • Eligible to work within the United States without company support for work authorization
  • Able to provide your own housing for the 10 weeks of the internship program
  • Able to commit to participation in a full-time, 10-week internship program working up to 40 hours per week starting on Monday, June 1, 2026 and continuing until Friday August 7, 2026
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely one day and being on-site four days at our office in Rock Hill, SC, United States (US).
