Your role
We’re looking for a Software Product Manager to lead the development and global rollout of our MyMedGas (MMG) web application—an industry-leading platform that helps customers and field service teams manage assets, track service, and gain powerful insights.
You will be part of the Divisional Operations team and report to the Software and Embedded Development Manager.
Location: Rock Hill, SC (Hybrid)

Primary responsibilities are the following:
- Own the roadmap for MyMedGas and lead customer feedback sessions and planning meetings.
- Work with teams across marketing, service, and aftermarket to improve workflows and user experience.
- Turn ideas into features by translating business needs into clear requirements for developers.
- Ensure quality with strong testing strategies and best practices for secure, reliable software.
- Create training plans and materials to help teams adopt new features globally.
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making.
- Manage releases and deployment processes, introducing DevSecOps best practices.
- Stay compliant with data privacy, cybersecurity, and software lifecycle standards.
To succeed, you will need
Skills & Experience :
- Degree in software, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in product management, roadmap creation, and project coordination.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to communicate with technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with field service operations and tools like MS Dynamics, iAuditor, or similar.
- Experience with Power BI; SQL or programming knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Travel :
This role requires up to 10% global and local travel.

Job location
Option 2: Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our BeaconMedaes office in Rock Hill, SC.
