Warehouse Associate

Your role
As a Warehouse Associate, your mission is to support efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, inspecting, kitting, and processing materials while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and organization. Through precise inventory handling, timely inbound and outbound shipment execution, and consistent housekeeping practices, you will ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately to meet customer and operational demands while contributing to a safe, clean, and well‑organized work environment.
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking of the correct components and quantities according to the picklist using a hand scanner and placing of the components on the kitting area to be kitted.
- Kitting and repacking of picked materials in correct packaging while ensuring the highest standard of quality.
- Inspection of components for accuracy, damage or defects.
- Loading, unloading trucks, checking in products, matching purchase orders to packing slips and distributing to the designated location in the warehouse facility.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time fulfillment of customer demands.
- Sorting and placing products on racks, shelves, or in bins as predetermined coding system.
- Opening boxes, crates and other containers that product is shipped in to ensure quality and record damage or defects.
- Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed using the appropriate ERP system.
- Perform periodic cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that is accessible for employees and visitors at all times.
- Have a high regard for safety and quality standards and make sure housekeeping standards are met daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrates strong reliability and work ethic, with ability to rapidly learn a variety of products and systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate flexibility and availability to support on-call needs outside standard operating hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience operating a forklift, reach truck and/or other warehouse equipment.
- Previous experience with SAP, shipping systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with 5S methodology a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, twist, walk, stand for extended periods of time.
