Your Role

Mission – build and maintain positive long-term relationships with the targeted customers; assure sustainability of the service contacts portfolio in the assigned region; work in a strong collaboration with Service Sales Managers to assure customer success with our service solutions through proactive engagement.

 

Roles and Responsibilities 

 

Perform assigned duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Play the role of business representative and be a mediator between Atlas Copco Compressor Technique USA and the customer organizations. Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

 

  • Reduce customer and contracts attrition through renewing expired and recovering cancelled contracts.
  • Provide training and assure customer adoption with our Web-applications, processes, and tools. Including but not limited to SMARTLINK, billing, contract policies, PO renewals.
  • Engage targeted customers through proactively planned regular virtual meetings and on-site visits, emails, and calls.
  • Assure good customer comprehension of our Service solutions’ proposal and value behind it.
  • Facilitate issues and conflicts resolution if any arise by solving them directly when possible or with proactive internal coordination.
  • Continuously seek for further customer needs and help to develop existing customers’ business with Atlas Copco; generate marketing insights for regional Sales teams through CRM Leads, which represent qualified business potential for upsell or cross-sell.
  • Assure completeness of serviced equipment by adding missed non-serviced units under the existing contract (in coordination with a Service Sales Manager).
  • Monitor compressed air equipment availability (uptime) and the energy efficiency of the allocated customers and create an action plan to keep them at the targeted levels. Perform yearly reviews with the key customers.
  • Assure ‘contracts health’ by following up on all required signatures, SMARTLINK connectivity, correctness and completeness of configured service solutions and customer contact details.
  • Go through NPS surveys, follow them up with the customer, involving sales & operations teams when needed; assure high NPS response rate.
  • Work together with the Service Sales Managers, building customer-oriented proposals.
  • Continuously seek to identify and implement improved contract processes and procedures. Modify contracts for changes. Audit contracts as needed for invoicing and service discrepancies. Communicate effectively with the Service Sales Managers as an effective sales team.
  • Business travel 10% of the time. Perform additional duties as assigned.

 
To succeed, you will need  

 

Experience

3 years of relevant experience. Sales experience in the industry is a strong advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Any relevant certification is a plus.

  • Analytical skills and ability to handle medium-complex calculations.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to utilize AI and automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience in working with SharePoint, PowerBI, Showpad, HubSpot, SAP C4C or SAP CPQ is a plus.
  • Working proficiency in any additional language(-s) is a strong advantage.
