The Role


The prime responsibilities for this role are to lead and coordinate inside sales functions for the Aii Industrial Air Business Line.  This is achieved via both managing the Aii Insides Sales Specialists and while also directly participating in inside sales functions. 

You will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically:  from the creation of plans, to hands on execution. You must be a self-starter and comfortable with a dynamic working environment. You must be able to formulate strategies and plans that are backed, validated and monitored by data-based analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and inside sales team as well as individual experience with outbound marketing, particularly telemarketing.



  • Grow Orders Received and Revenues through our Aii inside sales team
  • Lead and coordinate Aii Inside Sales Team projects assigned by the Aii Business Line Manager
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns based on market research activities to grow the inside sales channel
  • Hire, onboard and train new Inside Sales team members
  • Coordinate company E-store improvements, enhancements and updates as needed
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communication teams to achieve common goals
  • Assist in creating monthly Product Promo
  • Support the Business Line Manager with reporting on inside sales results and activities


Inside Sales Specialist

  • Respond to time sensitive leads to qualify the lead and the customer’s requirements and level of interest
  • Close qualified inside sales leads directly or reassign the lead to the outside sales team as needed
  • Work with the credit and order entry team to process customer orders
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns based on market research activities to grow the inside sales channel
  • Directly contact customers
  • Work closely with the product marketing and communications team to develop marketing material (brochures, videos, testimonials, etc.) to promote our products to our customers
  • Perform market research to maintain a deep understanding of consumer needs and trends
  • Review competitor products and offerings to understand the competitive landscape and properly explain the value of Atlas Copco products
  • Other tasks as assigned.

What we expect of you? 




  • Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or equivalent of 5+ years in a marketing / business operations role

Preferred Skills

  • Must be result-oriented with a drive to successful collaboration with all stakeholders – internal and external
  • Strong ability to learn new systems and with a desire to explore and continuously develop and learn
  • Ability to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals
  • Data driven with the ability to produce and present data to high quality standards
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 products – with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, knowledge sharing and promoting of new ideas and methods
  • Proficient with a CRM system and working experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Good command of spoken and written English and very well-developed presentation skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Prior management experience is a plus
