Your role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Internal Marketing Lead Dispatcher to join our team. This role serves as the central point of coordination between inbound marketing leads and our sales or service teams. The Internal Marketing Lead Dispatcher ensures that leads are quickly assessed, prioritized, and routed to the right representatives for follow-up, maximizing conversion opportunities and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management, Distribution and Reassignment
- Receive, track, and evaluate incoming marketing-generated leads from Lead Automation Platform (Internet of Things)
- Dispatch Service leads generated by Service Technicians to the Inside Sales Team.
- Assigning leads to the appropriate sales or account teams promptly to ensure rapid response times.
- Analyze lead conversion rates to determine lead quality and effectiveness
- Monitor lead flow and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in routing.
- Collaborate with the Communications Team to refine lead assignment rules.
- Provide reporting based on source/campaign for internal leads generation

- Proven experience in marketing coordination or lead management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high lead volumes.
- Proficiency with CRM software (SAP C4C) Cloud for Customer.
- Ability to work independently

Job location
Hybrid
This role is hybrid. You will report to the main office in Rock Hill, SC Tuesday - Thursday and be remote on Monday and Friday.
