Bring your curiosity to work as our next Marketing Communications Manager - APE. You will be part of our Power Technique North America team reporting to the VP/Business Line Manager - APE.
In this role, your mission is to develop and execute the digital marketing and lead generation strategy for Power Technique North America. You will drive customer acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth through digital campaigns, marketing automation, social media, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
The Marketing Communications Manager will also act as the bridge between Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and external agencies to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and an exceptional customer journey. This role leverages modern marketing technologies, AI, automation tools, and data analytics to optimize campaign performance, improve lead conversion, and accelerate business growth. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand, Content & Communication Strategy
Develop and execute brand messaging, content, and communications that strengthen market positioning, support customer engagement, and drive business growth across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation
Lead digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate demand, support product launches, and drive customer acquisition.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Manage the end-to-end lead generation process, leveraging analytics and cross-functional collaboration to improve lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline performance, and ROI.
Digital Transformation, AI & Automation
Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, streamline processes, and improve customer engagement.
Agency & Vendor Management
Oversee agency and vendor partnerships, ensuring high-quality execution, alignment with brand standards, effective budget management, and continuous performance improvement.
Customer Experience & Website Optimization
Optimize digital customer experiences by improving website performance, online engagement, lead conversion, and overall ease of doing business across digital platforms.
Your skills and experience
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy development, campaign planning and execution, marketing communications, demand generation, and SEO/SEM optimization.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as C4C, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience managing lead generation programs and measuring marketing effectiveness through CRM systems, analytics tools, dashboards, and data-driven reporting.
- Experience leading and developing internal team members, as well as managing external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and service providers.
- Have demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Emarsys, lead nurturing programs, customer journey mapping, and campaign performance optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation tools, and emerging digital technologies to improve marketing efficiency is an extra advantage
To be successful in this role, the person should:
- Ability to identify target audiences and develop campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement.
- Have effective stakeholder and people management skills.
- Strategic, customer-centric, and data-driven thinker with a proactive and creative mindset
- Have experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Have solid knowledge and proficiency of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of how marketing automation works.
- Have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be an expert in project management.
Education:
This position requires a 4-year college or university degree in marketing or a related field.
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required
Supervisory responsibilities:
This position will supervise the Marketing Communications Specialist role.

Your location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Power Technique North America Customer Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
