We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Clerk to play a critical role in our warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our supply chain, ensuring equipment and materials are received, verified, and stored accurately while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment. This role will report to the Logistics Manager.

Your day-to-day
- Receive & Inspect Shipments: Unload equipment containers and process incoming parcel and LTL deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
- Verify Inventory: Compare shipment details (counts, weights, measurements) against bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders
- Identify & Resolve Issues: Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and communicate findings promptly to leadership
- Organize & Store Inventory: Accurately put away equipment and parts in designated locations to maintain efficiency and accessibility
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Conduct cycle counts, audits, and stock checks to ensure inventory integrity
- Drive Operational Excellence: Help develop and improve receiving processes to enhance workflow, accuracy, and visibility
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments and support high-volume periods through cross-training with the Configuration/PDI team
- Keep a Clean & Organized Workspace: Maintain clear labeling and organization in both warehouse and yard environments
- Prioritize Safety: Follow all safety protocols and properly use PPE to ensure a safe working environment

- Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor yard conditions, including varying weather

- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is a plus
NOTE: Work will be performed inside a non-climate-controlled warehouse as well as outside in the inventory or shipping yard. Although infrequent, this position may require working weekends or additional hours during peak periods, with advance notice.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Experience:
This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of industrial shipping experience and two (2) years of operating sit-down forklifts.
Education:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
Travel:
Travel is not required in this position.
