Your Role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Product Application Manager. You will be part of our Portable Flow team reporting to Marketing Manager. In this role, your mission is to drive and support the further development of Surface Dewatering product range in USA with focus on sustainable and profitable growth. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Short Description

We are looking for a Product / Project Manager for our Surface Dewatering Pump range in Portable Flow for North America. Our Surface Dewatering Pump is one of the fastest growing pumps brands of pumps. The ambition is to keep developing a product range to ensure Atlas Copco leadership in world.

The key responsibilities will include Product and Project Portfolio Management, Marketing Operations, Application support and Competence development Support.

Your day-to-day

    • Continuous improvement and rationalization of product portfolio, driving new product development and integrating synergies with potential acquisitions.
    • Surface dewatering portfolio for USA market.
    • Implementation of connectivity (INNERFLOW), Controllers and drives strategy for USA portfolio as per divisional strategy roadmap.
    • Run smooth integration of Primax USA with Rock Hill Product Company in close collaboration with engineering and operations.
    • leading new product development as per division strategies.
    • Marketing toolbox management and implementation of Master data, pricing strategy for USA proucts, marketing content, etc.
    • Leveraging new technologies for data gathering and analysis of sales data and patterns.
    • Pump sizing calculators and product configurators.
    • Supporting Customer Center on sizing and aplication of products.
    • Coordinating projects related with companies acquired for a smooth integration of the products of the portfolio.

Your skills and experience

  • Degree in engineering and/or marketing or similar through experience.

  • Good knowledge in Pump is a must.
  • Experience and understanding of project management is a must.

  • Solid understanding of the sales process, products and applications in the Construction, Mining and Rental market is a big plus.

  • Good command of English is essential.

  • A committed entrepreneurial team player with drive for success and excellent communication skills are essential. Cross cultural interpersonal skills are required. You will need a disciplined approach whilst still being open, approachable, customer focused and highly target motivated.

Your location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our organization in Rock Hill in South Carolina, US.

Travelling will be occasionally to understand application needs and support internal teams for field feedback on new products. Also, International travel will be required on a frequent basis in the key regions is expected.
