Service Contract Administration (SCA)- Generalist

Your role
Mission:
Support the Service Contract Administration (SCA) team as it seeks to optimize department efficiencies and meet the needs of the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming tasks in C4C Central Queue:
· Perform preliminary review of incoming tasks:
o Proofing task notes and attachments, checking for clarity, completeness, and presence of required documentation and format.
· Reject tasks, as needed, that fail to meet criteria standards; provide clear notes with explanation and direction as to what action steps are needed to achieve criteria standard.
· Execute SAP Installed Base search to validate equipment criteria
· Assign tasks that meet criteria standards & SAP equipment validation –
o Tasks are assigned to applicable Service Contract Administrator for processing.
2. Communications:
· Communicate with SCA team members, SCA Manager, Service Sales team members (SSM’s) and Contract Renewal teams, Service Coordination teams, as needed, via email, phone, in-person and/or Teams chat.
3. Process Parts Updates:
· Process tasks for parts updates using SAP
4. Create & Distribute Lists:
· Create monthly cancellation list – distribute to SCA Team members & SCA Mgr
· Create weekly billing list - distribute to SCA Team members & SCA Mgr
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the team and organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed, you will need
Experience:
· 2 years of relevant experience
Education:
· High School diploma; Associates Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
· Any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying
· Proven experience of customer support
· Self-Motivated; able to work independently
· Strong aptitude for details
· Organized
· Manage multiple priorities with flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
· Able to work individually and as part of a team
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite applications
· Experience with SAP is preferred
· Good command of spoken and written English

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our corporate office in Rock Hill, SC.
