Vice President Marketing - Filtration

Your role
If so, we have an exciting opportunity. Reporting to the President of the MGS Division and operating as a key member of our divisional management team we are looking for a Vice President Marketing (Filtration). To succeed, you will be an ambitious individual, driven by challenges, as you will take the lead in further developing our Filtration business and realising the full potential of our markets globally (specifically in Process and CAGT filtration). This role is critical to ensuring divisional targets are met and to ensuring we deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
- Within the scope of the divisional strategy define areas within technology, product and channels worth investments in partnerships, organic development and acquisitions.
- Define and implement a sustainable process for strategic marketing and business development within the division.
- Enable the deployment of the defined strategy in the market, in close cooperation with customer centres, product companies and divisional stakeholders.
- Establish close communication and frequent interactions with other business areas, divisions, customer centres and product companies.
- Work in close cooperation with the acquisition managers of the division to bring identified targets to the acquisition process and develop the business case.
- Take a leadership role in the Industrial Filtration strategy execution and develop (and implement) excellent processes, KPI’s, products and tools with strong customer orientation and high customer value, to help deliver the expected results.

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of experts in sales and marketing for Filtration products to ensure the delivery of sustainable, profitable growth.
- Sustain respectful relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, taking a long term and broader view on how to drive customer value.
To succeed, you will need
- Leadership experience in senior sales and/or marketing roles.
- Excellent understanding of the industrial filtration market (beyond compressed air and vacuum is a strong asset).
- Strong experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a global (and B2B) environment.
- In-depth understanding of business financials and business planning.
- Proven leadership successes, both in direct as well as matrix organizations and be able to inspire ownership and accountability.
- An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
- Good teamworking skills, and able to organize your work independently.
- Sound business and analytical skills, and the ability to operate pragmatically.
- An innovative and curious mindset and be able to develop your own ideas to fruition.
- Resilience and agility to be able to cope easily with new situations, challenges and opportunities.
- Business and/or engineering degree.
- Fluency in English and other languages advantageous
