Technical Sales Expert BeNeLux

Your role
As a Technical Sales Expert for our CP Power Tools, your mission is to develop the business and grow market share by building strong relations with our customers and partners, through professional business advisory, improving customer's productivity and sales channel management. To achieve this mission, you will:
- manage existing accounts and identify and acquire new key customers from the industrial sectors: mainly metal fabrication, oil & gas, MRO and energy, take care of existing key customers and develop them strategically
- manage your existing and new sales channels and distribution partners and support them in becoming brand ambassadors for our end-customers
- coach, advise and train our partners and customers and demonstrate our technologies with the aim of helping them achieve their full business potential
- have thorough understanding of your market, trends, competition, products and technology and actively work with our CRM (Sales Force) system and data
- ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs and their full potential.

To succeed, you will need
- commercial or technical education and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in technical sales
- customer and result focus as well as excellent communication skills (networking, acquiring, listening, guiding, negotiating and closing the deal)
- a network or knowledge in market segments of metal fabrication, oil & gas, MRO or energy and their applications
- ideally experience in bolting technology (pneumatic, cordless & hydraulic) and power tools
- fluency in Dutch, French and English language
- confidence in MS Office applications and, ideally, already gained experience with a CRM (Sales Force) system
- use AI to create value and make daily work more efficent
- flexibility, enjoying working in field and traveling within your assigned area
- to be ready to learn and be open to new challenges
- valid driver's licence

Job location
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Rotterdam, Den Haag, Antwerpen, Brussels, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Gent.
