As part of a new position, we are looking for a Aerospace Product Marketing Manager to analyze market and customer needs to develop new products/features for Setitec line and Dessouter pneumatic range as well as geared front attachement.


Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager (Aerospace) in charge of Industrial markets, your main mission will be to be responsible of promoting the product range through the sales companies. 


Job responsibilities

  • Follow and develop the business globally with NIS (Net Income Sales) and UGP (Unadjusted Growth Profit) responsability;
  • Specific focus on marketing and product portfolio Setitec and Desoutter pneumatic towards the aerospace segment and also on long term strategy for Aerostructure OEM such as Airbus, Boeing and Tiers (architecture and sales strategy);
  • Roll-out smart assembly towards aerospace segment and develop NIS specificly for smart assembly solutions;
  • Visit the Customer Centers regularly to follow and support business development;
  • Support customer centers (technics, trainings, launch packs, customized solutions…) and answer to their daily requests;
  • Work actively with KCM (Key Customer Manager) to understand/anticipate customers needs ;
  • Lead the Drive team in order to propose actions to the Steering Committee ;
  • Organize, with anticipation, Sales force training, competitors benchmarking, market analysis and promotional activities once the product is ready for launch ;
  • Contribute to a potential sales by Web (e-commerce) ;
  • Understand the market needs and identify future opportunities ; 
  • Coordinate all activities, internal and with customers, with regard to product launching ; 
  • Be directly involved in new product specifications ;
  • Follow the development of new products ;
  • Establish price strategies, define IRP’s, forecast, following of margins: understand value based sales ; 
  • Prepare marketing material, leaflets, catalogues etc ; 
  • Manage stock tools : spares parts, life cycle, sales priority, pruning, quality issues and communication ; 
  • Synchronize development with drilling products
  • Work with Excellence center for larger project and strive for standardization and harmonization of customer solutions


The position will require frequent travelling globally.




Focused on marketing, you have ideally few years of experience as an Engineer in B2B industrial marketing in an international business . You present a good knowledge about our business, especially within the aerospace industries and our products. You are creative and innovative, always open to innovation and new technologies. We are looking for a person with good communication skills, open to work in matrix organization. Leadership will be key to success in this role. In addition, you are fluent in english, outgoing, driven, proactive, structured and a team player; You contribute to the development of the company's Topflight values by being collaborative, open-minded, resourceful and entrepreneurial.
