You are the ambassador of our current and future portfolio of electric tightening solutions for the Desoutter Service division globally. You will become the connection point between the new products and the filed technicians and field engineers. Your mission is to ensure that the knowledge is sufficiently rolled out in all customer centers by using all modern training ways and our internal networks so that we have the most competent people in the field for providing service for the above solutions.

You will drive this through the alignment of rollout activities, the creation of material for classrooms, videos, webinars, online trainings, and self-learning trainings, by running training sessions and by animating groups in social networks.

As the above solutions have an agile update cycle, you will be responsible to keep the information up to date and engage the customer centers to use it to have up-to-date knowledge in the field.


What will you do?

  • Own the competence development globally for our electric tightening solutions
  • Create on-line trainings, video trainings, and other interactive learning elements. Keep them up-to-date and promote them to your trainees in a social network environment, in accordance with the World Class Trainings Service standards.
  • Create certifications for your product range
  • Animate groups in our social networks to promote your learning contents and encourage experience sharing between field technicians/engineers.
  • Perform competence development activities in cooperation with the Global Competence Development Team.
  • Perform service trainings in customer centers
  • Be a partner for technical and rollout questions for our product company in Nantes and support them in testing new products
  • Support the product company in maintaining their knowledge base with best practices from your experience
  • Keep your knowledge up-to-date by participating in product installations worldwide
