Desoutter Industrial tools is a global leader in electric and pneumatic assembly and drilling solutions serving a wide range of manufacturing operations, including Aerospace, Automotive, Tiers, Off-Road and General Industry. We are looking for a Wireless Platform Product Marketing Manager to be the owner of wireless electric assembly solutions, industrial hub and integration solutions. He/she will be responsible to analyse the market and customers needs to propose development of new products and features and also, to promote the product through the sales companies.


Reporting to the Marketing & Innovation Manager, your main mission will be to work with all the Marketing team in order to assure the right message from the Desoutter Ecosystem. 


Job responsibilities

  • Follow and develop the business globally with NIS (Net Income Sales) and UGP (Unadjusted Growth Profit) responsability ;
  • Specific focus on the marketing and product portfolio towards the MVI, Tiers, Aerospace and General Industry segment on selected customers ;
  • Visit the Customer Centers regularly to follow and support to develop the business ;
  • Work actively with our KCM (Key Customer Manager) to understand / anticipate customers needs ;
  • Be responsible for the Drive team organization/animation in order to propose actions to the steering committee ;
  • Organize by anticipating sales force training, competitors benchmark, market analysis and promotional activity once the product is ready for launch ;
  • Coordinate all activities internally and with customers in regards with the product launch ;
  • Be directly involved in new product specifications ;
  • Follow the development of new products ;
  • Define price strategies : IRP (International Retail Price), UGP and forecast ;
  • Prepare the launch pack including marketing material (leaflet, catalogues ….), including applications knowledge , customer value / benefit linked with the Ecosystem approach, Customer Insights with VAST approach ;
  • Follow up the product launch in collaboration with our CCs (Customer Centers) following our standard procedures ;
  • Develop and conduct trainings of new products and assembly products, and link these trainings to customers applications and products customer fit in order to put Desoutter as solution provider ;
  • Working with Excellence center for larger project and strive for standardization ;
  • Others : stock management & forecasting with operations.  



The position will require frequent travelling globally.




Focused on marketing, you have ideally five years of experience as an Engineer in B2B industrial and/or in product specialist, ideally dedicated to manufacturing industies or international business. You present a good knowledge in Marketing with a strong technical background in industrial applications. You are creative and innovative, always open to innovation and new technologies. We are looking for a person with good communication skills, open to work in matrix organization. In addition, you are fluent in English, German is a plus. You contribute to the development of the company's Topflight values by being collaborative, open-minded, resourceful and entrepreneurial.
