Parts & Inside Sales Manager
Your role
As our newest Parts and Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, mentoring, and developing the Parts Department and Inside Sales team, ensuring effective execution of daily operations. Your role is pivotal in driving parts & services revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
This position is based in Saint-Laurent or Mississauga and is permanent, full-time at 35 hours per week.
This position reports directly to the Business Line Manager – CTS Sales and Marketing.
Key activities and responisibilities:
· Oversee the operations of the parts department and inside sales team to drive profitable growth in the service business, aligned with divisional goals and objectives.
· Lead monthly performance review meetings with parts and inside sales team to assess and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Administer and optimize the use of sales tools (C4C, HALO, 8x8, SAP) to enhance process efficiency and improve access to critical information.
· Drive spare parts sales by leveraging up-selling and cross-selling techniques throughout the sales cycle.
· Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost parts & service sales.
· Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries regarding spare parts & services via phone, email and ticket system.
· Assist in managing customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
· Provide ongoing coaching and performance monitoring to the team to improve prospecting efforts and conversion rates.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate closely with the logistics department to address order-related issues and with the accounting team to manage credit and debit issues.
· Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
To succeed, you will need
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or a parts sales-related role.
· Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or supervising a team, or proven ability to lead effectively.
· Proficient in MS Office, sales tools and platforms; familiarity with C4C, HALO, 8x8, SAP
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in French is a valuable asset
