Product Innovation Team Lead

Your role
This role leads a team of product development engineers working on turboexpander and compressor technologies across a range of technical challenges. You will be directly involved in taking ideas from concept through commercialization, helping translate strategy into practical engineering solutions. The position combines hands-on technical leadership, innovation, and close collaboration with engineering, marketing, and customers.
The compensation range for this position is $137,843.78 - $191,319.34 annually. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus. What you will own/improve:
- Lead a team of engineers in new product and feature development
- Drive projects from concept through commercialization
- Grow and improve the product portfolio by working with colleagues and customers to define requirements
- Provide technical guidance to applications, aftermarket, marketing, and engineering
- Translate ideas into practical, actionable development steps
To succeed, you will need
- Turbomachinery fundamentals with familiarity in turboexpanders or compressors
- General knowledge of engineering analysis and validation methods
- Ability to break down complex technical problems into clear, actionable steps
- Curiosity and interest in improving products and processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in an engineered to order environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, marketing, and customers
Physical Requirements/Essential Functions: ·
- Work in both office and manufacturing environments
- Ability to stand, squat, and evaluate components as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs
- Occasional domestic and international travel

Job location
