Human Resource Manager
Your role
As a Human Resource Manager, your mission is to Drive the development and execution of strategic human resources initiatives that cultivate a productive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. This role leads all people-related functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and goals. You will report to the General Manager.
You will
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures across recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning and recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers, focusing on hiring right the first time and supporting employer branding and capacity planning.
- Oversee core HR operations including payroll, employment contracts, vacation and attendance tracking, and termination documentation.
- Manage compensation strategy, labor relations (including union negotiations and collective bargaining), and represent the company in client meetings related to labor and certification matters.
- Supervise the HR team, annual training programs, and the Occupational Health and Safety System (OHSS), ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coordinate outsourced employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, medical insurance, and corporate events.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Drive HR transformation projects to enhance efficiency, technology adoption, and employee experience.
- Prepare reports and provide strategic HR support to leadership.

Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, and/or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Knowledge of labor and safety regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Skills in managing budgets and personnel-related costs.
