Your role

As a Sales Representative at nano purification solutions Canada, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within the compressed air treatment portfolio. Your mission is to understand the unique needs of our customers across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario, and provide tailored solutions that foster long-term relationships. Collaborating closely with the Business Development & Branch Manager, as well as with our engineering and product teams, you will ensure the implementation of effective sales strategies that significantly contribute to our business objectives.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Engage in proactive face-to-face and remote sales initiatives targeting both new and existing customers, effectively driving cross-selling and repeat business.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to recommend optimal products and services that meet their specifications and requirements.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and perform engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive medium to long-term sales strategies that foster relationship management, maximize growth, and diversify the customer base.
  • Utilize your technical acumen to understand customer challenges and ensure successful implementation of sales initiatives.

To succeed, you will need

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial sales
  • A four-year degree in business or marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong self-direction, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory; a valid driver’s license is required.
  • Experience in the compressed air industry is preferred, although not mandatory.

Job location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario, while remaining connected to our customer center in Canada.
