Key Account Manager

Your role
The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for Ceres Technologies’ Molecule Delivery Solutions (MDS) product portfolio, spanning gas, liquid, and solid precursor delivery systems for the semiconductor and adjacent industries. This role combines deep account management with proactive new business development, requiring a proven ability to build strategic relationships, identify customer needs, and translate them into commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Account Growth

- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities across key markets and expand existing accounts
- Lead pricing and customer negotiations
Manage Customer Relationships

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Build strong relationships across all customer levels and ensure responsive support
- Monitor customer performance, needs, and overall account health
Own Sales Execution

- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and revenue commitments
- Prepare quotes and proposals using internal tools
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, order management, and delivery
Collaborate Cross-Functionally

- Work with engineering, service, and operations to deliver tailored solutions
- Support after-sales service planning and issue resolution
- Partner with finance to improve receivables and account performance
Leverage Market & Customer Insights

- Track market trends, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements and support new product development
Maintain Operational Excellence

- Keep CRM updated with customer activity, opportunities, and forecasts
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and account status
- Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and key projects

Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in technical fields
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in an industrial or technical environment, ideally with an engineering background (semiconductor equipment, gas delivery, or specialty chemicals preferred)
- Sound technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products/ technical developments
- Clear understanding of optimized territory management
- Excellent verbal and written English required

Salary: $102,000-$115,00/year
