Machine Operator

The Machine Operator II is responsible for operating a variety of machines to perform assigned task. The Machine Operator II will produce precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurements. This position will be based out of our metal working shop facility in Saugerties, NY.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

•    Performs basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area.
•    Operates complex equipment and machines in a safe manner.
•    Fits, aligns, and adjusts machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements.
•    Works from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications.
•    Identifies deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity.
•    Maintains logs and other necessary documents.
•    Works with direct supervision
•    Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: $22 - $27/hr
