Supply Chain Expeditor

Your role
The Supply Chain Expeditor supports end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for tracking and accelerating orders, ensuring on-time delivery, and leveraging data management and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on expediting experience and excels at transforming data into actionable insights.
Main Responsiblities:
- Monitor and expedite purchase orders, production schedules, and shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers, procurement, logistics, and internal stakeholders
- Identify potential delays or risks and proactively implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain data across ERP and tracking systems
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs such as price savings, lead times, and inventory levels
- Analyze trends and performance data to recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Generate regular reports and communicate status updates to management and cross-functional teams
- Support inventory planning and demand forecasting through data insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and supplier agreements
- Work with Quoting and Estimating Team to obtain vendor quotes

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or expediting roles
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel required; Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Encompix)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Salary: $25.00-$28.00/hourly

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Saugerties, NY. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
