- Mission

Same as Field Service Engineer + Duties to proactively take actions and activities to ensure the safety of the field service team.

 

- Principal responsibilities

Responsible for proactively conducting safety-related activities at each service center.

Required to cooperate with SHEQ team. (e.g. Accident analysis)

Responsible for managing jigs and tools in all branches (confirming calibration timing, etc.) and managing PPE(regular confirming status of PPE that FSE use).

Facilitate input of risk observations and near misses in TIA.

Investigation/guidance of safety status during on-site work.

Other general activities related to safety and health in each branch.

 

- Qualification Requirements (Educational, Experience, Personality requirements)

Experience of maintenance work of industrial machines or experienced in assembling machines.

Languages: Fluent Japanese and Basic English for writing and reading (and prepared to learn speaking and listening English)

Knowledge to operate Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the ability to learn other software necessary for role.
