Marketing Communications Manager - Business Partner

Role Overview
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Marketing Communications Manager - Business Partner. You will be part of our Communications team reporting to Communications VP.
The Marketing Communications Manager will act as a Business Partner for the Semiconductor Technologies & Adjacent Technologies (SAM) Marketing function and the Turbomolecular Pump & Valves function. The role will primarily engage with the relevant global product managers & product managers to identify articulate the value proposition for our products, and create superior awareness and consideration campaigns that support our business objectives & brand positioning- working across both our existing product portfolio and new product launches, as well as across multiple brands. In addition, this role will support and track regional business promotional activities to ensure alignment with divisional Marketing and NPI strategy.
Your day-to-day
- Working with relevant Divisional marketing, Business Unit GPM and PMs to ensure there is alignment between the Market Requirement Specifications, Commercial Readiness Reviews/Commercial Process Reviews for NPI and the Marketing Communications plan.
- Manage and create relevant briefs, with clear agreed implementation plans, for the creation of marketing communications collateral to ensure consitency with the organization's multi brand position in the eyes of our markets and customers.
- Support the regional/key account marketing communication activities in support of the Customer Centre business objectives relevant to products/markets.
- Manage the Marketing Communication budget/spend for relevant business unit campaigns and report on a quarterly basis to the VP Communications and relevant VP Marketing.
- Collaborate with Internal Comms, Brand Communications and Digital Comms colleagues to ensure all campaigns are in line with appropriate governance- corporate, brand and digital.
- Define key performance indicators for each campaign and relevant channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success. (Measure, review, adjust, report)
- Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with other divisional Marketing Communication managers/specialists and each Customer Centres in the regions in support of regional and key account activities.
- Align divisional Marketing expectations and Regional Communications campaign activities, and track regional performance
Your skills and experience

- 3+ years prior experience working in a marketing or communications role.
- Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
- Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to think analytically and strategically.
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
- Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Familiarity or experience working with CRM software is an asset.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.

Your location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site ideally at our Korea Customer Centre site in Bundang, Korea. Alternatively, you could be based at our GTC site in the UK, also on a hybrid basis. Some travel will be required.
