AR Specialist, Japan Team
To analyst not only variations of AR but also sales volume by checking actual collection from bank statement every day and inform credit controller & Sales team of our outstanding debt and manage it.
Responsibilities :
- Allocating the cash
1) Allocate the incoming payments for 3rd party and inter companies within 48 hours on the SAP(ERP system) and reconcile it with actual bank balance so that it has processed without any discrepancy.
2) Payment means : Cash, promissory note, netting(except Korea entities)
3) Transferring frequency : Daily (Cash, promissory note), Monthly (Netting - except Korea entities
- Preparing the report
Inform the relevant people of AR aging status by Debtor reports and provide the details of cash collection by Bank statement report
- Reconciling the AR balance
1) Confirm the balances in SAP and ICE (Reconcile application between intercompany) in various accounts related to AR such as 3rd party and Interco trade receivables, and analyze the movement for it.
2) Reconciliation interco AR and input to the GPS(Group reporting application) for 1FA(reporting name) reporting
- Issue the interco invoice
Issue the intercompany recharge invoice and input the data in ICE
- Supporting the TAX filin
1) Assist to make TAX filing and, provide immediately the documents related to AR to accounting firm.
2) Reconciliation AR balance and TAX invoice, and provide reconciled documentation
Required Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Language Skills : Required business Japanese (Essential)
- Understanding of pinciples of finance, accounting, and book keeping
- Ability to complete a variety of related tasks
- Pro-actively solve problems
- Proficient in MS office and SAP
