Communications Specialist

Your role
Marketing Communications
- Regularly communicate with Korea sales, service, applications/pm teams to identify target process, product, and technology to create customer-targeted product and technology awareness/promotional plans aligned with each account plan
- Develop relevant and insightful sales support materials and resources which include brochures, customer case studies, and thought leadership articles.
- Implement MarCom activities to promote awareness through appropriate customer-targeted channels aligned with both divisional and regional goals and objectives
- Support operations of customer training programs requested through Tech Hub Customer Training Center
- Plan and produce exhibition booth and seminar opportunities for CSK and Edwards Korea, which includes selection of promotion products, technology, services; booth design and operations; seminar speaker abstract entries to presentation preparations; SNS promotions
Internal & Corporate Communications
- Encourage employee engagement with the Edwards and CSK brand through divisional and regional channels such as newsletters and magazines
- Engage with relevant cross functional teams in developing internal/external collateral, as needed
- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
Digital Communications
- Identify, develop and maintain additional digital channels for engaging internal and external audiences
- Work with web group to ensure Edwards and CSK website delivers on regional needs, as well as supports talent acquisition and market communications
Others
- Collaborate with Korea Comms team to plan and implement aligned targeted Comms plan for Korea by account
- Monitor competitor activities and materials in semiconductor and display markets in region to recommend approaches and online/offline campaign ideas differentiating Edwards and CSK brand with Communications Manager
- Support Communications Manager to encourage two-way employee engagement with Edwards and CSK brand

- 1 year contract (2025/12 ~ 2026/12)
- Bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduate ~ 2 years experienced
- Experiences in event coordination, agency management, managing media strategy and contents - Preferred
- Skills in Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator - Preferred
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English
- Excellent skills in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills within a team environment.
- Ability to absorb and apply technical and complex information
