Customer Care Coordinator
Your role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, your role is to enhance our sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Your contributions will empower our sales representatives to achieve their targets and drive business growth.
- This role is replacement for maternity leave, and you will report to Supply Operation Manager.

Process customer order in SAP referring to quotation/opportunity and update delivery dates refleted customer needs and order hold management to meet OTD to customers. Proactively provide order status to sales team on a regular basis.

Follow up on product available schedule by communicating with PCs. Request expedite/ stock allocation to meet customer satisfaction

Maintain good relations with customers by responding miscellaneous customer requests and submit requested documents in a timely manner

Create tax invoice and be responsible for payment of customer invoice. Regular follow up on AR and overdue and communicate with customers, sales and finance

Customer management in SAP. Be responsible for monitoring customer credit status and follow up with sales and finance. Also be responsible for creation and maintain of customer details and record customer interaction and customer complaints in CRM and follow up with relevant team.

Be responsible for ensuring that all customer contacts are recorded and consequent administration is kept fully up-to-date according to ISO rule
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor Degree
- 1~ 2 years of experience in Sales administration, Customer Care function preferred
- Solid understanding of the international organization
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Solid commercial and logistics knowledge, with exposure to sales documentation, post-sales procedures, payment methods, and financial controls — all considered advantageous.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail to ensure reliable operation of sophisticated computerized systems and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both individually and within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate and contribute as an effective team member.
