We are excited to invite applications for the position of Accounts Executive - PtP at our KL Hub located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. About the Role:

• Execute Accounts Payable (AP) month-end closing activities with accuracy and timely completion.
• Conduct comprehensive analytical reviews of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, including trend analysis, cost centre audits, and transaction verifications to ensure financial integrity.
• Perform transaction processing duties in strict adherence to the agreed service levels while complying with established internal controls and procedures.
• Manage and resolve AP queries and investigations efficiently to minimize delays and maintain smooth financial operations.
• Prepare and deliver all required reports accurately and within designated deadlines, supporting business decision-making processes.
• Participate actively in the enhancement and development of systems, transaction workflows, and accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Process daily invoice bookings within 48 hours to ensure timely payment cycles and vendor satisfaction.

Key Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of solid experience in accounting and finance, preferably within accounts payable or similar functions.
• Strong command of English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven proficiency in accounting principles, particularly double-entry bookkeeping and financial transaction recording.
• Highly organized and methodical approach to work, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude with an ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions proactively.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing collaboratively within a team setting.
• A positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
• Commitment to assigned responsibilities and proactive engagement with tasks to ensure timely completion.
