Bring your curiosity to work as our next Graduate Intern - Logistic Support. You will be part of our Logistic team reporting to Supply Team Leader. In this role, your mission is to champion a customer-focused culture that supports the Group's vision of being "First in Mind and First in Choice" by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring efficient order management, collaborating across functions, and proactively driving seamless end-to-end supply chain operations that enhance customer satisfaction and business success. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Fresh graduates with a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply. This 12 months Grauate intern program offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, SAP systems, international trade processes, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.
Your day-to-day

- Process customer orders received from Equipment, Spare Parts Sales, and Customer Service teams through SAP.
- Coordinate with factories and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, Credit Control, Sales, and Business Line Managers to provide seamless customer support.
- Support credit check coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of order processing and invoicing activities.
- Minimize working capital however maintaining minimum stock level of parts, machine to customer satisfaction
- Support inventory planning and coordinate inventory changes with factories.
- Maintain accurate costing records for machines and spare parts.
- Place purchase orders with global factories (Belgium, China, United Kingdom, India etc.) and monitor completion status.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders on import, export, and customs-related matters.
- Work closely with warehouse teams and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor transportation costs and support operational efficiency initiatives.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and help minimize delays.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and trade compliance is preferred.
- Good administrative and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
