Sales Engineer/ Senior Sales Engineer - Oil Free Air

Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
Your day-to-day
- Achieve sales targets within the designated sector and assigned territory.
- Pursue sales leads, promote products, and professionally finalize orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities for executing sales orders.
- Provide feedback and submit reports as required by the Business Line Manager on all sales-related activities, market information, competitor actions, and market intelligence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- When possible, support the promotion of services and products from the Oil-free Air range.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach focused on delivering sustainable, energy-efficient solutions in all activities.
- Utilize available sales tools such as AirScan, iTrack measurement box, and SmartLink data to identify replacement opportunities based on life cycle cost analysis.
- Update and maintain C4C CRM with account details, visit planning, leads, opportunities, and installed base data.
- Support campaigns and prepare application stories as needed to promote business within these segments.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Business Line Manager.
Your skills and experience
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing within an industrial sales environment.
- Familiarity with key focus segments is a valuable asset.
- Minimum of five years' experience in industrial machinery sales required.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Excellent command of English is essential.
- Skills in presentation, business writing, negotiation, networking, and sales are required.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Possession of personal transportation and willingness to travel.
