Warehouse Executive

Your role

As a Warehouse Executive, your mission is to establish an efficient, accurate and timely internal warehousing and logistic system to realize the punctual material distribution of the production line. Responsible for the on-site logistics operation of product sales and ensure the safe, timely and accurate delivery operation. You will report to Supply Team Leader.

You will

• Ensure that the incoming and outgoing of warehouse materials are accurate and consistent with SAP, manage and avoid possible differences.
• Manage and optimize the utilization of the whole warehouse area, processes, and continuous improvement activities.
• Safety always, saving everywhere.
• To ensure parts, packing materials are kept orderly according to procedure in the storage area.
• To support and report for stock on spare parts and equipment to Supply Team Leader 
• To ensure inventory are well maintained and stored in good conditions
• To carry out good housekeeping in warehouse and yard.
• To perform any other duties given by management.
• Report discrepancy (damage or missing inventory) to supervisor/team leader.
• Operate heavy machine-like forklift to move goods from truck and store at receiving bay/ delivery
• Transact all documents in a timely manner
• Participate in annual stock count and cycle count. Report results to superior
• Practice good housekeeping, discipline and adhere to safety procedures
• Adhere and support company quality, safety and health policies

You have 8 years of experience in warehoue/store or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Proficient reading, speaking, written in English. 
• Knowledge of using bar code scanning. 
• Possess proactive problem-solving skills. 
• Possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Logistic/ Supply Chair or equivalent.

Job location

On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Shah Alam, Malaysia (MY). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
