Your role

Mission
Your mission is to implement sales and marketing strategy in assigned area. Lead, manage and develop an efficient team to achieve target revenue.

 

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Plan and implement strategy to achieve team targets within the assigned area.
•    Monitor sales activities & results, follow up sales plan and make necessary adjustment to area sale strategy. Be responsible for area financial results. 
•    Master the market mapping and competitor mapping within assigned area; allocate sales resources according to market mapping.
•    Support sales engineer in key activities, e.g., exhibition, negation, bidding, establishing contact with customer’s high levels.
•    Task breakdown annual sales goal to individual team member; manage and follow-up sales performance and effectiveness; improve team efficiency and overall team competency by coaching. 
•    Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e., interview, coaching and counseling of the employees in your area.
•    Lead and manage key projects. Lead sales engineer to maintain relationship with high levels of key accounts.
•    To establish and manage the healthy and efficient distributor network in the region if applicable.
•    Communicate internally with service team, marketing team and project team to smooth the sales operation.
•    Report accurately and timely

 

To succeed, you will need

Education & Experience
•    Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, software or engineering
•    At least 5 years sales experience with 2 year experience in management role

 

Knowledge & Skills
•    Mechanical, automation, software or electrical knowledge
•    Presentation skills

•    PC skill is a must
•    Good English skill both in oral and written
