（Senior）R&D Engineer

Your role

• Monitor global and Chinese trends in centrifugal compressor technology and propose innovative and competitive solutions.
• Lead local core parts development.
• Cooperate with cross functional departments (production, process engineering, quality control, supply chain) to drive the projects moving forward.
• On site or workshop major issues troubleshooting and RCA.
• New Application Support: provide technical support to marketing team.
• Other assigned tasks.

To succeed, you will need

• Very good engineering experience in turbomachinery company.
• Good knowledge and experience in centrifugal compressor design and process.
• Aerodynamic and rotor dynamic skills and experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English is required, both verbally and in writing.
• International collaboration experience or familiarity with smart manufacturing/digital design is a plus.
• Documented academic background in engineering within relevant areas or other highly qualified engineering background.
• You should be able to work under pressure and have the desire to take full responsibility.
• Self-starter: positive make-happen attitude; capable of handling multiple tasks; team player.
• Willingness to travel domestic and international.
