Aftermarket Technical Specialist

Your role

Trouble shooting of installed machine base

-Lead recovery solution of machine breakdown case in quickest way by communication with sales, customer, other TS, vendor, workshop, and PC

-Take lead in root reason analysis of installed base’ malfunction by coordination with internal Technical Specialist team and Product Company’s specialists, keep very active and close communication with sales team in front of customer

-Be responsible to provide sound technical support to field engineer and AM workshop staff in complicated cases

Sales technical support

-Lead the revamping and upgrade business, provide the solution and quotation in time, Cooperate with sales team to promote order growth.

-Feedback Marketing colleague product effectiveness to optimize products, help marketing/sales collect market information including competitor, customer, and vendor

-Support sales team visit customer to promote aftermarket products and infuse customer professional way of machine maintenance during machine lifecycle.

-Provide the necessary support to sales teams for spare parts order.

-Provide necessary sales training and customer training.

Market investigation

-Collect and analyses market information, deeply find out the customer actual requirement, provide the appropriate solution.

-Share the information internal, improve the production competitiveness

To succeed, you will need

-More than 5 year’s experience in compressor equipment’s service or related equipments.

-Good English in both spoken and written.

-Good in communication skill.

-Good computer skills.

-Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills, teamwork and customer orientated concept.

-Willing to travel.
