Your Role
Mission:
As a pivotal leader for business strategy execution and operations monitoring, help GM monitor on achievement of short-term targets, mid-term strategies. BC shall focus on the following areas and make out action plans: financial & operational dynamic monitoring, supporting strategic decision, improving operations efficiency, risk control and compliance management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior business partner for General Manager to drive growth, operational excellence and financial objectives. Manage the target setting, forecasting and monthly reporting process for the Operation Units within the requirements provided by Atlas Copco Group.
- Utilizing internal and external network, play a fundamental role as the common link between all activities and functions of Operation Units. Be responsible for building collaborative business relationships and be a sparring partner for Management team and General Manager. With the support of the General Manager, verify that activities are carried out in compliance with the strategy, annual operating plan, and management system. Continuously strive to improve processes and performance.
- Ensure that Atlas Copco Group and Business Assurance governance principles with regard to financial management are applied and implemented. Support General Manager in business case analysis, act as the finance responsible for OUs, working closely with the BLMs to support growth and performance.
- Ensure that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood.
- Analyze business performance across dimensions (e.g. service lines, projects) and initiate and follow-up on the implementation of corrective actions wherever necessary. Continuously improve the use, analysis and visualization of financial and operational data through data analytics and BI tools. Ensure, with support of Finance Hub, that statutory and other reporting requirements for legal entities are met.
- Business system applications implementation and support, Financial reporting implementation and upgrading, Company projects initiative and implementation.
- Leading the credit team to revolve financial risk assessment, credit decision-making, AR Collection, and ensuring compliance with organizational or regulatory standards.
- Leading the sales support team act as a critical liaison between sales, operations and customers.
- Leading the Order Admin team focus on managing order workflows, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and coordinating cross-functional processes.
The role calls for a highly competent and proactive person with business knowledge in retail, finance as well as business systems such as SAP. The role also requires solid foundation in business process, systems analysis, systems implementation and systems sustainment.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field, Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
-Relevant business experience:
*Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Controller
*Experience in finance process and system improvement
*Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
*Experience managing a team
*Adequate understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and financial concepts
-Demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment
-Proactive, analytical, detailed, organized and have a passion for numbers
-Solution oriented mind-set combined with a pragmatic approach
-Ability to deal with conflict management and have courage in decision making
-Has strong foresight and is future driven
