As the Business Development Manager for the AI Server Industry under the General Industry division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales and marketing strategies that fuel our growth in this dynamic sector. Your primary mission is to identify, develop, and capitalize on emerging business opportunities within the AI server market in China, leveraging in-depth industry insights to expand our footprint and revenue.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market analysis, defining target customer segments, and creating actionable plans that drive measurable business growth. Collaboration will be key, working closely with the GI area sales team and the global AI server business development management team to synchronize efforts and align strategic initiatives.
Your duties will include performing SWOT analyses to understand competitive positioning, gathering customer feedback, and monitoring industry trends. You will organize sales activations such as product demonstrations, seminars, line audits, and solution presentations to uncover customer needs and convert these insights into orders. Partnering with marketing, you will also help enhance brand awareness and solution perception in the AI server industry.
Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts will be vital to securing long-term success. You will actively visit customers to identify pain points in production and plant management, offering customized industry-specific specifications and solutions that deliver real value. Throughout your work, you will maintain precise and timely reports within Salesforce and adhere to Atlas Copco's core values and code of conduct to ensure sustainable growth.

To succeed, you will need
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong educational background with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, or software, complemented by at least five years of industrial sales experience. Prior involvement in the 3C industry, especially within PC or server sectors, is highly preferred, alongside experience in selling premium brands.
- Robust mechanical, electrical, automation, or software knowledge.
- Proficiency in PC skills is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job location
