Your Role

Mission:

Your mission is to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy, and drive business development in emerging industry of East ZoneGeneral Industry, to maximize the sales opportunity and make business fast growth

 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for sales revenue growth for the assigned emerging industries
  • Market analysis and map target customers, to make measurable actions plans, to deploy and execute strategy to drive business growth
  • Perform SWOT analysis for responsible emerging industry, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
  • Work with Marketing team to provide insight and needs, to support marketing activities to improve AC brands awareness and solutions perception
  • Visit customers, find the customer pain point of production and plant management, Influence customer making specification
  • Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
  • Maximum business opportunities in each customer and each segment, and build up application guide and database
  • Secure and develop strategic partnership with our key accounts
  • Report timely and accurately in Salesforce.
  • Be ready to take up new tasks as assigned

To succeed, you will need  

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation or software
  • MBA is a plus
  • At least 5 years industrial Sales experience
  • Sales management experience as plus.

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Mechanical, electrical, automation or software knowledge
  • PC skill is a must
  • Extensive knowledge of manufactory, production methods and industry trends; knowledge
  • Good English skill both in oral and written
