The Role
Mission
- Reporting to the General Manager of Atlas Copco CT CC, this position has overall responsibility to achieve sustainable profitable growth with high focus on market share and consolidated profitability for CTS Division in the Great China market.

Job Description
- Be responsible for the Profit & Loss and the Balance Sheet of CTS Sales & Marketing in the Great China market.
- In line with Division strategy and cooperate with other Business Line Managers (CTS operation, Oil Free Air, Industrial Air and Medical Air) to stay ahead of the local market for the sales of service products and achieve ambitious profitable growth targets.
- Grow service revenue and profitability by consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and by recognizing opportunities to develop and promote all aspects of Services and Spares capabilities to meet evolving customer needs
- Developing strong and sustainable sales channels, direct and indirect, online and offline to give mixed products the best chance to local market with a strong focus on overall market share, profitability and cost efficiency targets of the business line.
- Review business development strategies on a regular basis and promptly adjust the strategies facing the external changeable environment in an innovative and creative way to secure sales goals in line with growth targets. Especially act on emerging market needs on energy saving.
- Lead and develop a professional and diversified CTS Sales & Marketing organization consisting of dedicated salespeople and marketing people. To develop an enthusiastic team with versatile employees and big talent pool.
- Lead and coach Area Sales management team regarding targets, direction, training, marketing strategy, marketing tools, digitalization to achieve a competitive advantage.
- Ensure optimum behavior and performance of the business line, acting as first point of escalation of business resolution issues.
- Ensure Safety First and supervise related work. Promote Safety First in the organization and instill a mindset of safety to employees.
- Obey the AC’s “The Way We Do Things” and “Business Code of Practice” and apply in daily operations.

What we expect of you?
Education requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
Knowledge requirements
- Knowledge of service business of industrial products, customers, and market in machinery fields.
Experience requirements
- At least 8 years of management experience in sales and marketing field.
- Possession of business and financial acumen.
- Strategic and conceptual capability to lead and develop a wide-region business.
- Dynamic with strong entrepreneurial, people management, communication and leadership skills.
