Business Line Manager
As a Business Line Manager, your mission is to lead and drive the sales and marketing activities of our organization. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for our IAT business line.
You will
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss and the Balance Sheet of the business line in the region
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in alignment with Liutech long-term and short-term business target and reinforce target market share and profitability
- Prioritize customers/sectors for sales focus in agreement with the business line and CC GM
- Work closely together with other Business Line Managers to achieve Liutech ambitious targets
- Provide focus, guidance and support to sales managers and their team to motivate them in the development, growth, and implementation of agreed strategies for the division
- Grow and develop talents within the business line
- Safeguard a safe and healthy working environment

- Bachelor’s degree, major in Sales Marketing, Engineering, Mechanical, etc.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing for more than 10 years,
- Over 5 years’ experience managing a team size over 10 people, exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Strategic and conceptual capability to lead and develop business
- A passion for continuous learning and adapting in an evolving industry landscape.
- Intensive traveling activity
