CPD Country Manager

Your role

Mission & Vision:

• Develop and implement China CPD strategy on both sales & marketing as well as “China for China” localized R&D and operations to achieve sustainable profitable grwoth.
• Make China CPD to become a true Chinese player in China and Global South market.
• By 2030, double China CPD revenue and 50% of the sales are from “China for China” products/Eco-system solutions.

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Be accountable for full Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for CPD China.
• Ensure that the organization is fit for purpose, size-, structure- and skill-wise.
• Lead, direct, and control all China CPD functions so that policies, procedures, and activities meet the organization’s short and long-term goals and follow The Way we do things and Code of Conduct.
• Develop and implement China CPD strategy to maximize the reach of addressable full potential of CPD eco-system solutions in China market through organic growth as well as M&A.
• Drive Customer Center of the Future initiative to maximize the sales and marketing coverage and efficiency through both offline and online activities.
• Forster close collaboration between CPI/CPV and CPS team to deliver customer satisfaction as well as grow service share as an unique advantage for CPD.
• Establish, maintain and develop executive and senior level customer relationship to strengthen strategic partnership with key customers.
• Develop and implement China for China strategy to build up strong local team and competence on R&D, Supply Chain Management and Production Management to develop and deliver best fit solutions with cost competitiveness and in China speed.
• Be the driving force for Global South market development for Chinese customers going global.
• Build up future proof organization by driving leadership development and digital transformation, and developing solid talents pipeline.
• Secure compliance on laws and regulations, Code of Conducts, and trade compliance, etc. Proactively protect IP and business secrets.

Foster good collaboration with other Divisions and Departments within ITBA.

To succeed, you will need

Education:

University degree and plus in Engineering or Business Administration

Experience:

• Proven track record in leadership
• Experience in Industrial field
• Experience in successfully leading organizational transformation
• Experience with full P/L and Balance Sheet responsibility
• Experience on M&A is a plus

Knowledge:

• PC skills are must
• Business and Finance knowledge

Language:

• Good command on English language, both written and spoken
