   Job Description

  • Atlas Copco Vacuum is committed to be undisputed marketing leader by offering our unique vacuum solutions in Industrial Vacuum market.,we are now looking for a business line manager in Greater China. In this position you will contribute to the market growth by implementing and developing local and divisional products and marketing strategy plans .
  • You will be located in the China (Shanghai), which has been defined as a focus market for the Industrial Vacuum Business Division. In this role you get full responsibility for the P&L performance in your region.
  • You will focus on developing the sales channels, both direct end users and indirect channels , in line with revenues and always considering cost efficiency targets and profitable growth in your region.
  • As a line manager for marketing and sales, you will build a team of experienced vacuum salesmen.  You will lead by example and inspire your team, as well as distributors and other business partners to achieve the ambitious growth targets.
  • It will be your mission to establish a world leading positioning for the Atlas Copco brand in your region, with the vision to be "First in mind, First in Choice". In the position of business line manager Greater China, you report to the general manager of China, and work close with Vice President of the Industrial Vacuum Division.
  • In this role you are part of the Chinese management team.
  • Great communications experience on collaborating cross Divisions or Business Areas

  • Managerial experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing. Be able to coach and lead sales competence improvements

  • Vacuum background or at least engineering background is a must
